Changes to the working schedule due to national holidays
If you need to use DHL Express services to ship goods from Russia abroad on public holidays and weekends, please review the following information.
Holiday schedule:
During the November holidays, DHL Express offices in Russia will operate according to the following schedule.November 1, 2025, Saturday – standard working day, offices in Moscow and Novosibirsk will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (local time)
The contact center will be open until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 1, and will return to its standard weekday hours of 3:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Moscow time) on November 5.
