Changes to DHL Express working hours during the holiday season

Dear customers,

Please note that DHL Express working hours will change during the holiday period.

Customer Service / Contact Center working hours:

30 December 2025: the Contact Center will work until 20:00*
31 December and 1-4 January, 6-7 January and 10-11 January: the Contact Center will be closed.
5, 8 and 9 January: the Contact Centre will be open from 10:00 to 16:00 and will accept requests for courier services.
From 12 January 2026, the Contact Centre will return to its standard working hours.

DHL Express Service Points working hours:

Service Point "Moskovskoye", located in the Head office in Moscow (14, 8 Marta Street, Moscow):

30 December: open from 09:00 to 18:00*
From 31 December to 11 January – closed
From 12 January – the service department will return to its normal schedule:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Saturday–Sunday: Closed
