Business During Public Holidays

If you need to use DHL Express services to ship goods from Russia abroad on public holidays and weekends, please review the following information.

Holiday schedule:

During the November holidays, DHL Express offices in Russia will operate according to the following schedule.

November 1, 2025, Saturday – standard working day, offices in Moscow and Novosibirsk will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (local time)

The contact center will be open until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 1, and will return to its standard weekday hours of 3:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Moscow time) on November 5.
