DHL eCommerce Solutions surveyed over 11,500 active online shoppers from 23 countries across the globe, covering all six major global markets: Europe, North America, Latin America (LATAM), the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), and Asia Pacific and China (APAC). Countries ranged from Argentina to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The shoppers were asked about a wide range of subjects, from their cross-border buying behavior to their attitudes to delivery and returns, to their views on sustainability. Their answers reveal the truth about their expectations of their current online shopping experience and what they want from it in the future. You’ll find it very interesting how these differ from country to country.
